We offer a 100% satisfied guarantee with our prescription glasses, if in any case you are not satisfied with the eyeglases style we offer a 50% return policy, no questions ask. Return must be made within 30 days after the order is received.

Before we ship our glasses to our customers, each pair of glasses is thoroughly inspected by our licensed optician to verify that the prescription is made according to the entry of our customers.
All our eyeglasses frames are covered under a 1 year conditional warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Prescription lenses are covered for 30 days.
It is important that the customer enters the correct information. In any case if the information was entered incorrectly by the customer or given incorrectly by their doctors or opticians we still give our customers the policy to return their glasses for a 50% off the price return within a 30 days period.
